ABOUT DOMAINE COLIN
Philippe Colin, the elder son of Michel Colin, grew up in the midst of the illustrious Domaine Michel Colin-Deléger. Michel is semi-retired now, vinifying only three wines. His sons, Philippe and Bruno, have split the family holdings into two distinct domaines. Vinification: Whites: fermented in temperature-controlled tanks, then aged for 12 months in oak barrels, one quarter of which are new.
Reds: cold pre-fermentation, 15 day maceration, aged 12 to 18 months in oak barrels, one third of which are new. Less stirred every 18 days until malo
