WINES FROM DOMAINE AMIOT GUY ET FILS

Guy and his son, Thierry, are symbols of the growth many of the smaller producers of Burgundy have enjoyed over the past decade, growth obviously not measured in cases sold, but in the quality of wine produced and the ability to have their voices heard in the international wine arena.

Amiot Guy & Fils’ whites are striking, even in what might be referred to as a difficult vintage. Their 12 hectares of holdings are divided between 5 ha of Chassagne Rouge and 7 ha of Blanc, the latter of course including their tiny holdings in Puligny and Le Montrachet.
