This winery is located in Puglia, Italy (the heel of the boot).  The idea, originated from an intuition of Gregory Perrucci, behind this winery is to express historic and indigenous grapes in new and exciting ways.

Moreover, thanks to the constant care of a young and motivated staff as well as international consultants (for example, the collaborations with Roberto Cipresso and the late lamented Enzo Moiso) they have brought forth the "tasting memory" wines which comes from the unique varieties: negramaro, ottavianello, malvasia nera, sussumaniello.

Some of these wines have been saved from extinction (sussumaniello and ottavianello), while some others have been reinvented with absolutely new approaches in the cultivation and in the vinification.
