WINES FROM VILLA FULVIA

The winery is located in Dolo i the Veneto Region, 20 km from Venice.  It was founded in 1928.  Their wines are made with the traditional grapes Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.  The skins of the wine are kept just below the surface of the fermenting must according to the 'cappello sommerso system.  The wine is aged on oak and then further refined in bottle.  This wine is an excellent pairing to many dishes offering complexity and style.
