The historic vineyard of the Primitivo di Manduria, in the red and calcareous bedrock, into a frame of secular olive trees.

The wine's color is an intense red with a bouquet of intense, harmonious and filled with red berries.  It has nice tannic structure that makes it velvety and spiced.  We suggest serving it with dishes of red meats, game and rich sauces.
